RustyTorch++ — Phase 10 Plan (Unified Release, Developer Ecosystem & Long-Term Governance)
Phase 10 focus: Deliver a stable 1.0 release, foster a vibrant developer ecosystem, and establish governance for long-term sustainability.
Phase 10 Objectives
Stable 1.0 Release
Freeze public APIs with semantic versioning.
Ensure all core crates are documented, tested, and benchmarked.
Pass all compliance/security audits.
Developer Ecosystem Enablement
Launch RustyTorch++ Developer Portal.
Publish comprehensive guides, tutorials, and API references.
Provide SDKs and bindings for Python, Go, C++, and Java.
Ecosystem Growth
Host public package registry for RustyTorch++ components.
Launch community plugin system for ops kernels, model formats, and tooling.
Organize inaugural RustyTorch++ Dev Summit.
Governance & Community
Form RustyTorch++ Technical Steering Committee (TSC).
Publish contribution guidelines, CLA, and RFC process.
Define release cadence and long-term support policy.
Long-term Sustainability
Secure funding through sponsors, grants, and enterprise support plans.
Build a partner network for deployment, training, and commercial support.
Architecture & Process
