osobh	48c745a960	Merge PR #2 : performance, security and provenance hardening + two audit fixes CI / test (push) Canceled after 0s Details ann/io/migrate/agent work from three agent missions, an independent audit, and the two defects it found: the cosine near-zero guard weakened during the SIMD migration, and WAL appends after a torn tail being silently unreplayable. 52 suites green; both fixes proven by negative control.	2026-08-17 14:22:13 +00:00
