# RTX Workspace Migration Progress Report

## 🔄 Current Status

The physical migration is complete, but crates still need their dependencies updated to use the new paths. Next steps involve:

1. **Update dependency paths** - Convert all internal references to new structure
2. **Fix compilation issues** - Resolve any import/path problems
3. **Create remaining meta-crates** - rtx-inference, rtx (main)
4. **Test compilation** - Ensure all crates build successfully

1. Update all Cargo.toml files to use workspace dependencies
2. Fix import paths in source files
3. Create rtx-inference and main rtx meta-crates
4. Test workspace compilation
5. Create CI/CD pipeline

## 📝 Notes

- All crates maintain their original names (rtx-*)
- No code changes yet, only physical file movement
- Workspace uses Rust 2021 edition
- Version set to 1.0.0 for workspace migration release
- All workspace dependencies use consolidated versions from earlier optimization
