The World seeded the Organization → Company → Team → Agent tree whenever
no mission was pinned — "My Workspace → General → Everyone". That tree
describes almost nothing: `agents` has no org, company or team column,
real membership is the `team_members` join, and four of its containers are
fabricated in the browser and exist in no table.

Worse, it did not replace the mission view, it SHARED the canvas with it.
The plan events are only filtered by id when a mission is pinned, so with
nothing pinned a live mission was drawn on top of the org chart: two
unrelated graphs, both parented at the invisible root, reading as one
scene in which they somehow connected. They never did — there is no edge
between them because there is no relationship in the data to draw.

The World now shows exactly one mission, or none. Three parts:

- the org tree is gone from the canvas seed, and `worldCanvasRoots`,
`narrowRoots` and `stripSynthetics` with it. The sidebar keeps its
synthetic containers so orphaned agents still have a visible home.
- the default focus prefers a RUNNING mission over the newest one.
Newest-first picked whatever was created last, which on a workspace with
history is a finished mission — so starting a run left the World looking
at an old static map while the new work went unwatched.
- exactly one mission is focused whenever there is any, which is
load-bearing rather than cosmetic: the plan channel keeps ONE `planRef`,
so two missions on the wire overwrite each other's title and phases and
the scene becomes a blend of two runs that never happened.

Seeding "all missions" was the tempting middle ground and is wrong twice:
/api/workforce returns every mission ever with no limit, which puts
hundreds of agents back on one canvas, and the plan channel cannot hold
more than one anyway.

An empty stage now says so. Blank canvas and broken page look identical,
and filling that silence with a hierarchy that meant nothing is how this
started.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 006432c2dc feat(viz): the mission becomes a map — centre, stations, and agents at theirs
The clump was structural, not cosmetic. Four causes, each fixed here.

`homes` (an agent's resting node) was written only by `seed()`, so every agent
homed to the mission centre and orbited the same dot regardless of which phase
it was on. `setHome` points each agent at its CURRENT phase, and the existing
physics does the rest for free: the pawn rests at its station, the pawn→home
line tethers it there, and a touch becomes a visible departure and return. No
new motion code.

The mission node was seeded as `level: "team"` (my own bug from the focus
work). `seed()` casts that straight to a Tier and `ensureNode` is
first-write-wins, so it was created as a small teal team dot that the later
`node.activity` could never upgrade. That dot at the centre of the scene was
one line.

`mission`/`phase` replace the retired `repo`/`loop` tiers rather than adding a
parallel set. The backend stopped emitting repo:/loop: ids, which left their
whole landmark treatment — bigger radius, distinct colour, always-labelled, 60s
fade instead of 22s — orphaned on prefixes nothing sends. Missions and phases
need exactly that treatment. The two separately-written prefix→tier ternaries
in onTouch and onNodeActivity are now one `tierFor`: they agreed only by luck,
and whichever path saw a node first fixed its tier forever.

Phase stations spring out at 190 rather than the shared 64, or they pack into a
rosette around the centre and the point — agents moving BETWEEN stations — is
invisible. Idle roam is off under a mission scope: wandering to a random node
keeps an idle workspace alive, but inside one mission it sends agents to files
nobody opened, which reads as work and isn't.

Palette is injected at construction and keyed on template_kind, so a benchmark
run and a security sweep no longer render identically to a research mission.
It also collapses two uncoordinated kind→colour maps that had drifted:
LEVEL_COLOR by tier, and the fireColor if-chain by id prefix.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 b210acf3c2 feat(viz): pin the World to one mission by default
Two leftovers from the sidebar swap.

The header still read "N ORGS · N AGENTS", describing the org->company->team
forest this tier stopped rendering; it now counts the missions and the distinct
people the sidebar actually lists.

And with nothing selected the World still fell back to every agent of every
mission in one space. That is not a picture of anything that happens — missions
do not share a stage, and past a few dozen agents the scene says less the more
it shows. It now pins to the most recent mission (the workforce feed is ordered
newest-first) and stays on whatever mission is pinned when an agent is selected
from the graph rather than from a mission group.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 44079eb8b4 feat(viz): the World shows one mission, not every mission at once
The visualization page carried the org -> company -> team -> agent forest in its
sidebar — the hierarchy the agents page stopped rendering — so the two pages
disagreed about the shape of the workspace, and there was no way to ask the
World to show a single mission. Everything ran together in one clump.

Same sidebar as the agents page now: My Workforce, missions under it, agents
under those. Selecting a mission scopes the scene to that mission's crew.

Scoping had to happen at the FEED, not the seed. `WorldEngine.ensurePawn`
materialises a pawn for any agentId an event mentions, so seeding the engine
with one crew would have left every other mission's agents streaming in
anyway — the view would have looked filtered for a frame and then re-clumped.
`focusAgents` gates every agent-bearing event, `focusMissionId` keeps other
missions' landmark orbs out, and comm beams require BOTH ends in focus or a
delegation would drag an outside agent onto the stage.

The engine also re-seeds when the focus changes. It was seeded once on mount,
which was right when the World only ever showed everything; now a stale engine
would keep the previous mission's pawns on stage, and the feed filter cannot
remove what is already there. Keyed on focusMissionId rather than on `roots`
identity — `roots` is rebuilt every Dashboard render, so depending on it would
throw the scene away continuously.

The HUD says which mission is being shown when scoped. A filtered world and an
idle world look identical otherwise, and that difference is the whole question
a viewer is asking.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 0ad53da49c feat(workforce): missions group the roster, and agents get human names
Three things, all visible on the agents page.

**The roster looked like it was multiplying.** The sidebar flattened
orgs → companies → teams → agents, which renders a claw once per TEAM it
belongs to. Claws are reused across missions now, so a crew of five that had
run five missions appeared as twenty-five rows of the same five people. The
data was right and the view was lying. `GET /api/workforce` returns the roster
grouped by mission, and the tree renders each mission as a collapsible group,
so the repetition means something: the same colleague under each mission they
staffed. Claws on no mission come back under "Not on a mission" rather than
vanishing. The root now counts DISTINCT people, not rows.

**Agents were named after their jobs.** A team came back as planner, coder,
tester, reviewer, committer — the UI showed the same word twice (name on top,
role beneath) and the roster read as a stack of job tickets. New claws get a
given name from a deliberately wide pool (Amara, Vijay, Tomasz, Meredith…),
unique against the workspace roster AND within the team being minted. The role
is untouched in `job_title`, which is what the mission machinery binds on:
team_members.role_slot and the topology node carry the slot, so nothing
downstream keys off the display name. A reused claw keeps the name it had.

**Two latent reap bugs found while investigating a leak that was not one.**
Containers of completed missions are removed by `spawn_sweeper` after a
30-minute grace, and it works — an earlier report of leaking containers was me
reading that deliberate grace as a bug. But:

  - the sweeper cleared the runtime binding even when teardown FAILED, and it
selects on `runtime_endpoint IS NOT NULL`. One transient docker error would
therefore hide a surviving container from the only thing that would retry
it, permanently. It now asks docker whether the container actually
survived: gone means clear, still there means keep the binding and retry —
which closes the orphan path without reintroducing the infinite retry the
    original comment was guarding against.
  - `set_runtime_binding` discarded rows_affected, so a mismatched workspace
updated nothing and returned Ok. The binding is how the sweeper finds a
container; a silent no-op there leaks one with no record of anything wrong.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 e417247e7e fix(ui): clicking "My Workforce" offered to rebuild the hierarchy it replaced
Clicking the root opened the orphan-migration dialog:

"You have some entities that never got parented into a real
org → company → team chain. Naming the three below will materialize
the chain and move everything under it in one transaction."

which is an offer to reconstruct exactly the structure that root exists to
replace.

`SYNTHETIC_TREE_IDS` was doing three jobs at once — "not a database row, so
cannot be renamed or selected for reap" AND "is a placeholder for unparented
entities, so clicking it offers the migration" — and adding `my-workforce` to it
inherited the second along with the first.

Split by what each set is FOR. `ORPHAN_CONTAINER_IDS` are the placeholders the
migration applies to and the nodes the world visualisation strips;
`SYNTHETIC_TREE_IDS` is that set plus the workforce root, and still guards
rename and reap. Clicking the root now just toggles the branch, which the row
handler in `StructureTree` was already doing before `onSelectNode` ran.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 895413509d feat(ui): My Workforce — one flat list of agents, and the "+" starts a mission
The sidebar showed Organization -> Company -> Team -> Agent. On this workspace
that read "My Workspace -> General -> Everyone": three levels of placeholder
wrapping five agents, with five orgs and three companies named "My Workspace",
"General" and "Workplace" between them.

None of it was load-bearing in the UI. `agents` has no org/company/team column
at all — membership is only the `team_members` join, which the mission executor
uses to map graph nodes to claws — and /orgs, /companies and /teams already
redirect to the dashboard. The tree survived in exactly one place.

So the tree is now a single "My Workforce" root with the agents directly under
it, expanded by default: a workforce collapsed behind a disclosure is one the
user has to discover they own. The World tier keeps the full forest, because
that visualisation is ABOUT structure and flattening it would remove its
subject. Nothing is deleted — the group pages and their APIs are untouched.

Both "+" affordances now open the MISSION wizard. They opened the deploy wizard,
while the copy beside them said "deploy wizard" and the tooltip said "Deploy a
new agent" — none of which is what someone arriving at an empty workspace wants
to do first. You get a workforce BY running missions. Hand-staffing one is a
real thing to want, just not the first thing, so it is demoted to "or create an
agent yourself" rather than removed.

"Add a new agent, team, company, or organization" becomes "Create your agent
workforce".

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 5 285d0c82f2 chore: delete dead scaffolding and stop fabricating claw capability cards
Tier 0 of the prompt-ablation pass -- subtraction only, none of this
reached a model.

- cm-brain: drop ClawBrain::export_markdown (zero callers).
- workflows: drop the `task_preamble` keys. No Rust code ever read them --
WorkflowPhase.config is an opaque serde_json::Value -- so the comment
calling the preamble "the belt, the skill the suspenders" described a belt
  that was never implemented. (`commit_policy` is unread for the same reason;
left in place as documentation pending a decision.)
- mcp_door: derive the unknown-tool error from EXPOSED_TOOLS. The literal had
drifted to naming one of the three tools the door exposes.
- Dashboard.tsx: drop TEAM_TEMPLATES/COMPANY_TEMPLATES, defined and never
referenced, and disconnected from the real templates/teams/*.toml.

The substantive one: GET /api/claws/{id}/compartments returned hardcoded
strings for tools/capabilities/safety, identical for every claw. Every card
read "Network: none" and "Shell . blocked" regardless of the claw's real
risk_profile -- which is the actual capability boundary, so the card was
most wrong exactly where it mattered, on a coding_readwrite claw that does
have shell. Now derived from the claw's effective risk_profile (its team's
setting, else the same role-derived default the provisioner applies), with
the allowlists mirroring [risk_profiles.*] in the runtime config.

Note: cm-topology/src/heuristics.rs was slated for deletion here as unused.
It is not -- routes/topology.rs:43 serves it and p0_endpoints.rs:302 asserts
it. Left alone.

Omar Sobh 3ba0485e7d mission progress UI: auto-refresh + Team tab + Live events tab
ci / rust (push) Successful in 2m59s
ci / e2e (push) Skipped
ci / gates (push) Successful in 6s
ci / frontend (push) Successful in 36s
ci / publish (push) Successful in 3m9s
Fills the biggest UX gap surfaced during the deploy walk: hosted
missions had no live-progress surface at all. Now they do.

Auto-refresh:
  - MissionCanvas grows a second useEffect that polls getMission
every 3s while mission.status === 'running'. Stops immediately
on terminal state (completed / failed / cancelled). Phases,
Tasks, Artifacts, Benchmarks all update without a manual click.

Team tab (new):
  - MissionTeamTab.tsx — fetches /api/teams/{id} + /api/team/claws,
shows a card per member with role slot + an "Open" pill that
calls onOpenClaw(clawId) → Dashboard flips to AGENT tier with
that claw selected, dropping the operator into the existing
    ClawCommandCenter surface (WorkingOnNow, ReasoningStream, etc).

Live events tab (new):
  - MissionLiveEvents.tsx — polls /api/missions/{id}/runs every 5s
for the topology_runs bound to this mission, opens one
EventSource per active run against /api/topology-runs/{id}/events,
renders as a chronological scrolling feed with per-event kind
    pills + per-run short-id badges. Auto-scrolls unless the
operator scrolled up. New runs auto-attach; terminal runs
    close cleanly.

Backend:
  - cm-db::repo::topology_runs::list_by_mission — SELECT ... FROM
    topology_runs WHERE mission_id = $1 ORDER BY created_at DESC.
Uses runtime sqlx::query (not the macro) to avoid a sqlx cache
    regen just for this route.
  - TopologyRunSummary gains #[derive(Serialize)] + rfc3339 codecs.
  - GET /api/missions/{id}/runs — workspace-scoped, returns
    { runs: [...] }.

Dashboard wires onOpenClaw on MissionCanvas → setAgentId + setTier("claw").

Verified: cargo check --workspace + tsc --noEmit + eslint --quiet
all green.

Omar Sobh d4efb0dba2 missions sidebar: wrench toggle + multi-select bulk delete
ci / gates (push) Failing after 5s
ci / rust (push) Skipped
ci / frontend (push) Skipped
ci / e2e (push) Skipped
ci / publish (push) Skipped
Matches the AGENT tier's manage-mode pattern. Three states on the
sidebar toolbar:

  - default: [Wrench] [Refresh] [+]
  - select mode active: [Wrench] (highlighted) [Refresh] [+] + rows
grow a checkbox on the left and click-toggles selection instead
    of opening the mission
  - selection made: [Wrench] [Trash · N] [Refresh] [+] where the
trash pill shows the count and fires window.confirm → bulk
    DELETE /api/missions/{id} loop

On success: exits select mode, calls onDeleted with the ids, parent
Dashboard clears missionsSel if it was in the batch. Failures stay
selected + a red error line surfaces the count.

Reuses the CRUD backend added earlier (a1c… PATCH/DELETE) — no new
server work.

Omar Sobh 1f0117e35a mission canvas: add / edit / delete toolbar controls
Top-right toolbar grows three CRUD controls per your request:

  - Plus (always visible) — opens MissionWizard, selects the new
    mission on create
  - Pencil (draft-only) — opens EditMissionModal for title +
    description; PATCHes /api/missions/{id}
  - Trash (always visible) — window.confirm then DELETEs; sidebar
selection clears via new onDeleted callback

Backend:
  - cm-db::repo::missions::update_meta(id, ws, title?, description?)
    — COALESCE-based partial patch
  - cm-db::repo::missions::delete(id, ws) — hard delete, cascades
    via FKs on phases/tasks/artifacts/benchmark_snapshots
  - PATCH /api/missions/{id} (draft-only) + DELETE /api/missions/{id}

Frontend:
  - lib/api/missions — updateMission + deleteMission clients
  - MissionCanvas — three toolbar buttons, EditMissionModal
(title + textarea for description), local wizard state
  - Dashboard — passes onSelect + onDeleted so sidebar reacts to
create + delete without stale selection

Edit is draft-only (backend enforces + button hidden past draft) so
in-flight missions can't have their brief mutated out from under
running agents. Delete is unconditional — operator responsibility to
Cancel first if a run is live.

Omar Sobh 5b7cb55d21 mount LevelUpInbox + document Gemini env vars
1. Dashboard.tsx — mount LevelUpInbox as a bottom panel on the
MISSIONS tier sidebar (below MissionsList, above the tier rail).
Capped at 38% height so it never crowds the mission list; scrolls
independently when the proposal count grows.

2. deploy/compose/.env.example — document GEMINI_API_KEY +
   CLAWMATES_REFINER_MODEL + CLAWMATES_LEVEL_UP_MODEL. Refine + Level-
Up silently 500 without the key; the model overrides default to
gemini-2.5-flash so setting the key is the only required step.

Closes the two loose ends I called out last turn (inbox not mounted,
env vars undocumented). The full flow — Refine → mission launch →
security scan / benchmark → level-up review — is now wireable
end-to-end on a fresh deploy just by copying .env.example → .env
and setting POSTGRES_PASSWORD + GEMINI_API_KEY.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 4.7 4663348a0e slice 9: big-bang cutover — delete legacy research + loops UI
ci / rust (push) Successful in 3m34s
ci / e2e (push) Skipped
ci / gates (push) Successful in 5s
ci / frontend (push) Successful in 36s
ci / publish (push) Successful in 38s
Missions has been the unified surface for a while (Slices 1-8.5).
This slice makes it the ONLY surface by deleting the legacy
research + loops UI:

Removed frontend files:
  - dashboard/ResearchList.tsx
  - dashboard/ResearchCanvas.tsx
  - dashboard/ResearchWizard.tsx
  - dashboard/LoopsList.tsx
  - dashboard/LoopsCanvas.tsx
  - dashboard/LoopsWizard.tsx
  - dashboard/LoopStaffingStep.tsx
  - dashboard/NoAgentsGate.tsx
  - dashboard/ResearchArtifactPicker.tsx
  - dashboard/AutoProvisionCard.tsx
  - dashboard/LiveRunLogs.tsx
  - lib/api/research.ts
  - lib/api/loops.ts

Dashboard.tsx cleanup:
  - Tier enum collapses to world | missions | claw | repos | infra
  - Dropped researchSel / researchRefresh / loopsSel / loopsRefresh
    state slots
  - Dropped the Research + Loops crumbs from the tab bar
  - Dropped the two rail icons; missions rail icon retitled
  - TIER_TABS lists missions in the second slot (was research)
  - Combined isInfra || isMissions || isRepos guard replaces the
    six-way branch

What INTENTIONALLY stayed (soft cutover on backend):
  - /api/research/* + /api/loops/* routes still respond — no UI
hits them but external integrations (webhooks, prior curl
scripts) don't hard-break on this deploy
  - research_topics / loops / research_outcomes / research_topic_agents
    / research_publish_approvals tables remain — the missions
backfill from 0047 references these rows via config.legacy_*
keys, and dropping the tables now would cascade FK deletes
    into topology_runs.research_topic_id / .loop_id nullouts
  - cm_db::repo::{research_topics, research_outcomes, loops} +
    cm_api::routes::{research, research_setup, research_pipeline,
    loops} + cm_runtime::loops kept — they're internal-only now,
scheduled for a follow-up cleanup PR

Follow-up PR (dedicated cleanup):
  - Drop the 5 legacy tables + null out topology_runs FKs
  - Delete the ~4k LoC of backend routes/repos + their tests
  - Remove research/loops crumbs from URL history

Frontend TS check: clean (16 pre-existing unused warnings in
Dashboard.tsx are unrelated).

Adds the unified missions tier to the dashboard. Runs in parallel
with Research + Loops tabs until Slice 9's big-bang cutover.

New files:
  - lib/api/missions.ts — typed API client + 5 template presets
                                (research_only, research_and_code,
                                security_hardening, refactor, benchmark)
  - dashboard/MissionsList.tsx — sidebar list with status pills +
                                template-kind badges + new-mission CTA
  - dashboard/MissionWizard.tsx — 5-step adaptive wizard:
      1) template picker (5 cards)
      2) title/description + repo (when required)
      3) team (placeholder — Slice 3 wires templates + auto-provision)
      4) schedule (one-shot or cron)
      5) review + launch
  - dashboard/MissionCanvas.tsx — 4-tab detail view (overview/phases/
                                tasks/artifacts), draft→running launch

Dashboard.tsx gets a new "missions" tier + crumb + rail icon (flag).

Slice 2 ships a minimal implementation that creates missions with the
template's canned phase composition. Slice 4 replaces the preset table
with real TOML-recipe dispatch on the server; the client's fallback
presets keep offline preview working.

The earlier PR added a chevron to RosterColumn but the research /

(ResearchList/LoopsList/…) inside a fixed 252px div in Dashboard.tsx
— the RosterColumn toggle never appeared on those pages.

Add a proper collapse on the Dashboard's own context-list wrapper:
- Overlaid PanelLeftClose chevron top-right (top: 10, right: 8) so
it doesn't fight the per-tier header content.
- When collapsed, wrapper shrinks to 32px with a PanelLeftOpen
button; canvas gets the reclaimed ~220px.
- State via useSyncExternalStore on localStorage
('cm.dashboard.sidebarCollapsed'), same pattern I used on
  RosterColumn to satisfy react-hooks/set-state-in-effect.

now watching agents crawl the repo instead of the whole workspace.
Esc (or the pill button that appears) exits.

Backend
- routes/world.rs: file-op tool events now emit a `file:<path>`
world.touch IN ADDITION to the existing `tool:<name>` touch.
The path is pulled from the tool input's path / target / file
/ filename / url keys (same lookup summarize_input uses, but we
keep the full string so the client can build a real hierarchy).
Non-file tools are unchanged — they still hit tool:<name> nodes
  as before.

Engine
- onTouch synthesizes a directory hierarchy when the id starts
with `file:`. Each intermediate path segment gets a `dir:<acc>`
node (label = the segment), parented at the previous dir; the
file itself parents at the innermost dir. Ensures the layout
spring-simulates as a tree naturally, no separate render mode
  needed.
- New pawn fireColor for file: touches: coral #ff8a7a. Reads as
"file work" vs #5ec8d8 (tool convergence) vs #5fd08a (run
  activity).

WorldCanvas
- Render pass now takes a `visibleNodes: Set<string> | null`.
When the selected id starts with file: / dir: / run: / repo:,
we BFS descendants via parentId and hide every non-descendant
node. Node meshes, glow sprites, hierarchy edges, and labels
all gate on the set. Pawns stay visible (agents still dart to
  the focused files).
- ESC handler on window: clears the selection by calling
onSelect("") when a repo-focus id is set.
- Small "REPO FOCUS · <path>" pill lands at top-center with an
Esc button so the exit is discoverable at a glance without
  learning the shortcut.
- Dashboard.onWorldSelect now treats empty string as "clear
focus" (setWorldSel(null)) so the same callback handles ESC.

Not yet: the always-on repo:<topic_id> node emitted at run
start when a research topic has a repo bound. Today the focus
works off run:<id> nodes; a repo:<id> anchor would let users
click without waiting for a first file touch. Also skipped:
per-file heat map / call-count visualization tied to touch
weight over time. Both are natural follow-ups on this bones.

Omar Sobh acd2a0f287 structure polish: post-reify nav + ensure-chain + TeamWizard auto-parent

ci / frontend (push) Successful in 25s
ci / rust (push) Successful in 3m54s
ci / e2e (push) Has been skipped
ci / publish (push) Successful in 3m4s
Two small quality-of-life fixes on top of the reify commit:

Post-reify navigation
  OrphanMigrationDialog already returned team_id in its result;
Dashboard now pushes /?team=<team_id> before router.refresh() so
the user lands on the freshly-materialized team and sees exactly
where their agents just moved. Previously they had to hunt for it
  in the newly-rebuilt sidebar.

Wizard auto-materialize (POST /api/structure/ensure-chain)
  cm-db: ensure_chain(pool, ws, fallback_org, fallback_company) —
fast path returns coordinates of the first org+company already
bound in this workspace (workspace's oldest org, oldest company
under it). Slow path inserts a new org+company with the
fallback names ("My Workspace" / "General") + binds them via
    org_companies. Returns { org_id, company_id, created }. Small
txn — leaves the workspace consistent whether it was already
    wired or not.
  cm-api: POST /api/structure/ensure-chain accepts optional
fallback_org_name and fallback_company_name in the body (trimmed,
    else default). Returns the ids.
CreateTeamRequest gains an optional attach_to_company_id. When
set, after build_team() completes, we look up the company
(workspace ownership check enforced by companies::get), count
its existing teams for a stable n_i node id, and insert a
company_teams binding — so the team lands under the parent
    atomically instead of a follow-up round-trip.
TeamWizard now calls ensure-chain before POST /api/teams and
passes the returned company_id in attach_to_company_id. Both
calls are best-effort — if ensure-chain fails (network etc.)
we still try to create the team, and the migration dialog stays
available as the fallback UX. Wizard flow now: fresh workspace's
first team is fully wired from the moment it appears in the
tree — no synthetic "My Workspace" scaffolding ever gets
    rendered around it.

The Team/Company create paths not touched here (create_team_from_claws,
company create, org create, MasterPlannerModal scaffold) still
work as before — they just won't auto-parent yet. Later commits
can wire them the same way.

Omar Sobh 8b789beec0 structure: reify-orphans endpoint + "give these a home" dialog
ci / gates (push) Successful in 5s
ci / rust (push) Successful in 3m57s
ci / e2e (push) Has been skipped
ci / frontend (push) Successful in 27s
ci / publish (push) Successful in 4m3s
Turns the four synthetic tree containers into a real migration path.
Clicking any of them ("My Workspace", "Teams", "Direct",
"Ungrouped") opens a dialog that creates a real
org → company → team chain and re-parents every orphan into it, all
in one DB transaction.

cm-db (new module structure_reify)
- orphan_agents / orphan_teams / orphan_companies: workspace-scoped
SELECTs of entities without a parent binding in team_members /
  company_teams / org_companies. Used both by the dialog's counter
  and internally by the migration.
- count_orphans: cheap combined-count via three subqueries in a
single SELECT so the dialog only round-trips once for the header.
- reify_orphans(pool, ws, org_name, company_name, team_name):
    1. begins a tx
    2. inserts a new org + company + team (all `flat`, empty graphs
       — user can shape them later via the existing PATCH endpoints)
    3. binds company under org (org_companies "n0")
    4. binds team under company (company_teams "n0")
    5. inserts team_members rows for every orphan agent (n1, n2, …)
    6. inserts company_teams rows for every orphan team
    7. inserts org_companies rows for every orphan company
    8. commits, returns the created ids + moved counts

cm-api (routes/structure)
- GET /api/structure/orphan-counts → { agents, teams, companies }
- POST /api/structure/reify-orphans → { org_id, company_id, team_id,
moved_* }. Trims + rejects any empty name; validates before
starting the transaction so a 400 never rolls anything back.

Frontend
- New OrphanMigrationDialog: fetches counts on open, three name
fields (defaults: Organization "My Workspace", Company "General",
Team "Everyone"), POSTs on save. "Nothing to migrate" state
disables the save button when the workspace is already fully
wired. Copy explicitly notes that everything is renameable in the
  sidebar afterward.
- Dashboard: onTreeSelect now branches on SYNTHETIC_TREE_IDS —
clicking a synthetic node opens the dialog instead of falling
through to the (nonexistent) selection. On successful reify,
router.refresh() so the sidebar + world viz reflect the new real
  chain.

What this doesn't do yet (next commit)
- Wizard auto-materialize: when creating a team/company via wizard,
auto-create parent placeholders if they don't exist. Deferred so
  this commit stays focused.

Two related pieces of the "kill My Workspace" cleanup, landed
together because they share the same file:

Backend

- Three tiny inline-rename endpoints:
    PATCH /api/orgs/{id}/name
    PATCH /api/companies/{id}/name
    PATCH /api/teams/{id}/name
Each takes { name: string }, trims + rejects empty, returns 204.
  Backed by rename_org / rename_company / rename_team in cm-db —
single-row UPDATEs scoped to the caller's workspace, NotFound if
  the id isn't visible.
- Registered next to the existing PATCH /:id (topology) routes so
  they don't collide.

Frontend

- StructureTree accepts an optional onRename and canRename.
TreeRow: click on the label text of a renamable node → the span
becomes an <input>, focus + select-all, save on Enter or blur,
cancel on Escape. The rest of the row (row chevron / row body)
still navigates + selects as before, so single-click behaviour
is preserved for everything except the name text itself.
react-hooks/set-state-in-effect avoided by resetting the draft
in the enterEdit() click handler instead of inside a useEffect.

- Dashboard passes canRename={item.level !== "claw" && !synthetic}
(claws don't have a rename endpoint yet; synthetic scaffolding
gets reified into real rows in the next commit — the wizard
  auto-materialize + orphan-migration dialog).
onRename fires the corresponding PATCH and calls router.refresh()
so the label lands in every consumer of the tree.

- World viz seed: new stripSynthetics(roots) helper walks the tree
and lifts children of any synthetic container up to their
grandparent's level. worldCanvasRoots feeds through this before
narrowRoots(). Result: the Live viz no longer shows "My Workspace"
or "Teams" nodes — real agents orbit the world root directly
(which is what you were asking for). Sidebar tree still shows
them so orphaned agents remain visible until the migration lands.

ci / publish (push) Successful in 3m58s
ci / gates (push) Successful in 7s

Three connected fixes from a single session's feedback:

- Structure rail widened from 60→76 px, tabs 42→58 px wide with a
bit of left padding so labels ("Research", "Visualizations") no
longer bump against the active-tab indicator strip.
- Research canvas: each stage now shows a small "STAGE · <status>"
card explaining what state the topic is in and a "Next → …" hint
describing what the primary button will do. No more guessing
  which of standby/processing/reviewing/publishing means what.
- Request-publish 409 fix:
    - Backend TopicDetail now includes has_pending_publish_request
(SELECTs pending_for_topic when the topic loads). Frontend
TopicDetail interface + ResearchCanvas honor the flag: when
an approval is already pending the "Request publish" button
is replaced with an amber "Awaiting reviewer approval" pill,
so double-clicks can't 409 in the first place.
    - runAction() also catches 409 as a signal-of-success (the
user's intent — "queue for approval" — is satisfied by the
first attempt), refetches the topic, and lets the new
awaiting-approval card render instead of surfacing a scary
      error to the user.

After reaping every real agent/team/company/org, dashboard-data.ts
was still pushing a fabricated "My Workspace → Direct → Ungrouped
(0 claws)" org so the sidebar always had *something*. It was
confusing after a full cascade-reap ("didn't we just delete
everything?") and the placeholder nodes couldn't be selected/deleted
either.

- dashboard-data.ts: drop the empty-workspace fallback (myClawsOrg
is no longer referenced; removed). Real emptiness now returns
  { orgs: [] }.
- Dashboard.tsx: when orgs.length === 0, replace the sidebar tree
with a friendly "NOTHING TO SHOW / Your workforce is empty / Hit
the + …" panel. Canvas gets a purposeful EmptyRosterStage with
a big + button that opens the same MasterPlannerModal the rail
already uses — one wizard, two entry points.
- Removed the old EmptyStage helper (no longer used).

dashboard-data.ts synthesizes a few org/company/team placeholders
("my-workspace", "ws-teams", "ungrouped-co", "ungrouped-team") so
an empty workspace still has something to render. Their ids
aren't UUIDs and don't exist in the DB.

Before the cascade-reap change these were unreachable because
selectLevel="claw" restricted the checkbox affordance to leaf
agents. With selectLevel="*" they became selectable, and
POST /api/claws/batch-delete returned 422 (serde couldn't parse
"ws-teams" as a UUID).

Fix: skip synthetic ids in onToggleSelect so they can never enter
selectedAgents in the first place, and filter the request body to
strict UUIDs at send-time as a defense. If the filter empties the
list the modal surfaces a friendly message instead of firing.

Selecting a team/company/org in the Agents sidebar used to only
delete the grouping row; the agents inside survived, ungrouped.
Not what the user wanted, and it left a trail of orphaned runtime
state (containers, .brain files, DB rows) behind.

Backend — POST /api/claws/batch-delete is now a universal cascade
reaper. Body accepts { ids?, teams?, companies?, orgs? } in any
combination. The server walks org → companies_of_org →
teams_of_company → agents_of_team, dedupes against explicit ids,
and hard-purges every unique agent (deprovision ZeroClaw runtime,
tear down sandbox container, unlink .brain/.onion files,
transactional agents::hard_purge). Group rows are deleted last; FK
cascades on team_members, company_teams, org_companies, and
loop_agents/teams/orgs clean up the join tables. Every stage
streams SSE.

Three new cm-db helpers wire the walk: agents_of_team,
teams_of_company, companies_of_org — all DISTINCT selects on the
existing join tables.

Frontend — Dashboard's Agents-tier StructureTree now sets
selectLevel="*" (was "claw"), so the Wrench → checkbox affordance
appears on org/company/team/agent nodes alike; the same-level
invariant in onToggleSelect still prevents mixed batches.
ReapProgressModal collapses to a single POST regardless of kind —
body key derived from kind — and its subtitle is honest:
"Cascading through every agent inside — permanent."

The Agents tier used to render a flat list of agent cards with an
"Add to teams" button pinned to the bottom. Swap that for the same
nested tree the Visualizations tier already uses so the whole
workforce reads from one collapsible view.

- treeRoots is now worldRoots on both tiers (no more clawNode flat
fallback); the Agents tier's selectLevel stays "claw" so the
Wrench → select → Delete flow keeps its agent-only scope.
- Drop the "Add to teams" footer button plus its addTeamOpen state,
  AddToTeamModal render, and import.
- Header on the Agents tier now shows the full breakdown:
  N ORGS · N CO · N TEAMS · N AGENTS.

ci / frontend (push) Successful in 25s

Adds the missing pieces the wizard needed and the sidebar controls
around it:

- LoopsWizard is now a 6-step flow (identity → repo → task/topology
→ triggers → repeat → assign agents) plus the existing secrets
card. ResearchWizard picks up the same repo step and a hard gate
when the workspace has zero agents.
- New LoopStaffingStep with three tabs — Individual / Team /
Organization — that mix freely per loop; selections persist via
  new loop_agents / loop_teams / loop_orgs join tables (0035
migration), each cascading on loop_id so hard-delete stays a
  single-row DELETE.
- Backend CreateLoopRequest / UpdateLoopRequest accept the three
  lists and apply_staffing does a transactional replace-all;
  list_loops / get_loop hydrate the lists via a flattened
  LoopWithStaffing response.
- LoopsList sidebar gains per-row enable/disable, edit (reopens the
wizard prefilled with the current loop, PATCHes on submit), and
  delete with an inline confirm.
- NoAgentsGate blocks launching a loop or research topic from a
workspace with no roster; the sidebar `+` buttons also disable
with a tooltip pointing at the TEAM tier.

Not yet wired: the run driver still fills role slots from the
workspace-wide pool; teaching enqueue_iteration to prefer
loop_agents/loop_teams/loop_orgs is a follow-up.

ci / frontend (push) Successful in 35s
ci / publish (push) Successful in 4m7s

ci / e2e (push) Has been skipped
Sidebar:
- Each connection header now has three inline icon buttons: Sync now
(spins while in flight), Edit (opens the modal), Remove (opens an
inline confirm strip). Removes cascade repos via ON DELETE CASCADE.
- The connection's last_sync_error surfaces as a red inline banner
under the header — no more 'error status with nowhere to see why'.
- Sync is POST /api/repos/connections/:id/sync (already existed);
after either sync or delete the sidebar re-fetches so state stays
  consistent.

Edit modal (RepoConnectionEditModal):
- Loads GET /api/repos/connections/:id, pre-fills owner/base_url/label
- PATCHes only the fields that actually changed; empty string on a
Some(&str) field sends explicit null so the backend clears it
- Sync-now + Remove reachable from inside the modal too
- Rotating the token is out of scope: the modal says as much and
points the user at delete + re-create through the wizard (the
broker doesn't expose an update path, and rotating in place would
require duplicating the whole broker->store_secret flow here)

Backend:
- GET /api/repos/connections/:id — same ConnectionSummary shape
- PATCH /api/repos/connections/:id — owner/base_url use Option<Option<T>>
double-nesting so 'omit = leave alone' and 'null = clear' round-trip
  distinctly through serde
- repo_connections::update with COALESCE-per-field so the SQL matches
the double-Option semantics without an OR-chain per field

Omar Sobh 076f7724ca dashboard: REPOS tier tab + Repos page shell
Inserts a 6th tier tab between AGENT and INFRA (Tier type + TIER_TABS +
rail icon). Wires two new sidebar/canvas components with the same
list+detail pattern as loops/research:

- RepoList: header (provider count · repo count), + button opens the
connection wizard, groups repos by provider connection (empty state
prompts the user to connect the first). Fetches /api/repos/connections
and /api/repos — those routes land in tasks #12-14.
- RepoCanvas: repo detail (name, owner, private badge, description,
stars/forks/branch/updated, clone URL with copy, open-on-provider
link, last-synced footer). Empty + loading + error placeholders.
- RepoConnectionWizardStub: minimal 'coming next' modal so the + button
is wired end-to-end; real wizard replaces it in task #15.

Sidebar header branch updated so the tier renders its own header. Build
is clean; the sidebar is fully functional once the backend endpoints
respond.

Seventh and final commit of the Research + Loops arc. Replaces the
placeholder Loops surface from commit 5 with the full working UI.

New:
- lib/api/loops.ts — thin TypeScript client for every /api/loops
endpoint (list, get, create, patch, delete, run-now, enable, disable).
- dashboard/LoopsWizard.tsx — 4-step modal:
    1. title + description
    2. task template + topology graph JSON (defaults to empty graph; a
       visual builder is future work)
    3. triggers — any combination of cron / on-completion / webhook,
with the cron pattern input revealed inline when cron is on
    4. repeat policy — infinite or fixed-iterations
When the webhook trigger is enabled, submit lands on a fifth SECRETS
screen showing webhook_token + signing_key exactly once (never shown
again by the backend), a copy-to-clipboard row for each, and the
  X-Loop-Signature: sha256=<HMAC-SHA256(key, body)> usage snippet.
- dashboard/LoopsList.tsx — replaces the stub. Loop cards with an
  enabled/disabled dot + a next-fire chip. Re-fetches on refreshKey.
- dashboard/LoopsCanvas.tsx — replaces the stub. Selected loop detail:
header (title, enabled state, next-fire), triggers card, repeat
policy, task template preview, topology graph JSON, and an action row
(Run now / Enable-or-Disable / Delete with confirm).

Wired into Dashboard.tsx via a `loopsSel` / `loopsRefresh` state pair
matching the Research pattern. onDeleted clears the selection and bumps
the refresh key so the list drops the deleted card and the canvas
returns to its placeholder.

Closes the arc: all 5 tiers active, all state machines driveable from
the UI, and the loop scheduler + cron + webhook plumbing wired end-to-
end. Future work per the roadmap: visual topology builder, iteration
timeline in the canvas (via GET /api/topology-runs?loop_id=X), and the
"until" repeat policy UI.

Sixth commit of the Research + Loops arc. Replaces the placeholder
Research surface from commit 5 with the full working UI.

New:
- lib/api/research.ts — thin TypeScript client for every /api/research
endpoint (list, get, create, attach/detach agent, start, submit-review,
request-publish, list/approve/reject publish approvals, wizard refine).
- dashboard/ResearchWizard.tsx — 4-step modal (topic prompt → LLM refine
→ outcome kind → agents). The refine step calls
POST /api/research/wizard/refine which streams the workspace's default
LLM and returns {title, description}. Users can accept, edit, or refine
again. Manual fallback if the LLM call errors.
- dashboard/ResearchList.tsx — replaces the stub. Real topic cards with
status pill (standby / processing / reviewing / publishing / published),
outcome-kind chip, and the + button that opens the wizard. Re-fetches
  when the parent bumps refreshKey.
- dashboard/ResearchCanvas.tsx — replaces the stub. Selected topic
detail: title, status header, outcome + published_at meta, assigned
agents grid (matched to workspace claws by id), the full description
in a monospace preformatted block, and a state-appropriate primary
action button (Start research → Submit for review → Request publish).

Wired into Dashboard.tsx via a `researchSel` / `researchRefresh` state
pair: selecting a card sets the id, mutations bump the counter so both
list + canvas re-fetch.

All API calls go through the existing /api/[...path] catch-all Next
proxy — no new server routes needed.

Fifth commit of the Research + Loops arc. Lights up the tier rail (both
the chip column and the top-bar crumbs) with two new peer surfaces:

  [VIZ] [RESEARCH] [LOOPS] [AGENT] [INFRA]

The stubs (ResearchList / ResearchCanvas / LoopsList / LoopsCanvas) are
self-contained placeholder components — each renders a header with a
"0 topics" / "0 loops" chip and a "coming soon" body plus a canvas hero
with the tier motif. Real functionality (topic cards, wizard, canvas
timelines, publish gate UI) arrives in the next two commits, and slots
in by replacing the stub files without touching Dashboard.tsx again.

Dashboard.tsx changes:
- `Tier` type widened to include `"research" | "loops"`.
- railIcon record grew two SVG entries — book+lens for Research, orbit
arrows for Loops. Matches the placeholder canvas hero.
- TIER_TABS reordered as Viz → Research → Loops → Agent → Infra to
match the mental grouping (conceptual work first, machinery second).
- Top-bar crumbs mirror the rail order.
- New isResearch / isLoops selectors used everywhere the existing tiers
were tested; the Agents-header conditional now also skips for the new
tiers so ResearchList and LoopsList can supply their own headers.
- Sidebar swap short-circuits to ResearchList / LoopsList; canvas swap
  short-circuits to ResearchCanvas / LoopsCanvas.

The agent command center's BRAIN+SURFACE columns are now a grid of compact icon
cards (system prompt / how it operates / personality / skills / capabilities /
tools / memory / safety). Clicking a card opens a modal with the full content,
nicely formatted (markdown/persona/tags), editable for the four brain text files
(system_prompt, agent_md, persona, skills_md) and saved back to the .brain via
PATCH /api/claws/{id}/brain. Capabilities/tools/memory/safety render read-only
(tools keeps its Add affordance). LIVE column unchanged.

- frontend: new AnatomyGrid (icon cards + SectionModal); ClawCommandCenter swaps the
two verbose columns for it; skills_md added to RawBrain types.
- backend: cm-brain skills_md() getter + skills_md in ClawBrainResponse so the skills

Gap 1 — the brain's identity sections were stored but UI-only. cm-runtime/brain.rs
`compose_system` now folds the brain's AGENTS.md ("## How I operate") + personality
into the live system prompt (after the Postgres-authoritative base, before skills +
memory; falls back to the brain's soul_md when the base is empty). Mirrors the
OpenClaw/ZeroClaw render order.

Mapping — expose `agent_md` on `GET /api/claws/{id}/brain` (ClawBrainResponse) and
render it as a collapsible "HOW I OPERATE · AGENTS.md" card in the command center's
BRAIN column (RawBrain gains agent_md; richBrain passes it through). So the section
that's now in the prompt is also visible in the UI.

Replace the single centered "anatomy profile" + resizable chat split with an
operator command center: compact 62px identity strip → 5-tile per-agent metrics
band → three independently-scrolling LIVE · BRAIN · SURFACE columns. Chat moves to
the computer's Chat app; the right computer pullout (DevicePanel) is untouched.

- backend: cm-api/routes/world.rs emits per-agent `telemetry{agentId,tokensPerMin,
costPerHr,loops, doorsPending}` in the SSE loop, from 4 batched GROUP BY queries
  (usage_events tokens/min + credits/hr, active routines, pending approvals) — all
real, no migration. taxonomy `telemetry` gains optional agentId; stateKey now
keys it per-agent so slices don't clobber.
- frontend: new ClawCommandCenter + anatomy-cards (shared cards extracted from
Dashboard); useAgentTelemetry(agentId) feeds the metric band (Doors amber>0/
  green=0); LIVE column streams the agent's task.update / reasoning.delta /
tool.call (replaces the mocked VitalsCard heatmap with a live activity chart).
- Dashboard: left region → full-height ClawCommandCenter; chat launcher opens the
computer Chat app; removed the dead anatomy cluster + unused imports.

The claw anatomy stage capped its content to an 820px column with margin:0 auto,

Tap each node's Beszel metrics (GPU/temps/disk-IO/network/per-container — beyond
our basic heartbeat) by reading the workspace's Beszel hub. The agents run in
WS-only mode with no locally-readable socket, so (per the de-risk) the server taps
the hub's PocketBase API instead of the daemon reading agents — no daemon changes.

- migrations: workspace_beszel (BYO hub URL + login, server-side only, mirrors the
Tailscale BYO pattern) + node_metrics (latest scalar columns + JSONB blob).
- cm-db: repo/fleet_beszel.rs, repo/node_metrics.rs; nodes SELECT joins node_metrics
(gpu_pct/temp_max surfaced on node_json for the live cards).
- cm-api: beszel.rs client (auth-with-password, poll `systems`, map to nodes by
  hostname, upsert metrics) + a 15s spawn_poller; routes/beszel.rs (connect/status/
disconnect + GET /api/nodes/{id}/metrics with history proxied live from the hub).
- frontend: HostCard gains a GPU/temp readout + a Monitor button; NodeMonitor is a
full-width per-node page (current panel + CPU/mem/GPU/temp/net/disk charts from the
hub's 1m history); a "Beszel monitoring" connect form in the Local view.

Reachability confirmed: gw-04 → the hub over the tailnet (100.123.224.84:8090). Needs
the user to connect their hub login to activate the poller.

Refactor the Infrastructure tier into the dark operator console from the design
package, wired to the real fleet backend (no new plumbing):
- InfraNav: page-scoped left nav grouped RUN HERE FIRST (Local & Tailscale, with
online count + sub-items) / NEXT (Cloud providers, SOON) + coral "Connect a
host" button; coral spine on the active view.
- FleetConsole: center reads top-to-bottom — kicker → "Your fleet" → 5 stat tiles
(HOSTS/ONLINE/MEMORY/STORAGE/CONTAINERS) → Tailscale device card → LOCAL HOSTS
  host cards + add-host dashed tile. Cloud view = how-it-works + SOON.
- Host cards (design system): status dot (blink when online) + hostname, IP/version
line, CPU/RAM meter bars (cyan→amber→coral by load), disk/load/ctrs mini-row, and
  a footer that's a copyable `ssh <node>` target (online) OR a "waiting for daemon"
spinner (pairing) — PLUS a Terminal button that opens the in-app shell.
- FleetPill (top bar, N/M hosts online) + FleetStatusBar (ambient: daemon · tailnet
  · WSS · sandbox).

Per the chosen reconciliation: kept the cloud-apps computer pull-out as the right
column, the connect-host wizard as a modal, and the in-app terminal. Dashboard
infra branch rewired (InfraNav + FleetConsole + status bar; dropped the old
InfraStage/InfraConsole split). cm-blink/spin/cm-fade keyframes already existed.

Users can connect their own local-hardware nodes into a fleet. Each node runs a
new Rust daemon that dials home over an outbound WebSocket, reports host health,
and runs commands we send.

Backend:
- migrations/0018_fleet_nodes.sql: nodes + node_health tables + agent_containers
  (node_id, workspace_id) index. cm-domain NodeId.
- cm-db repo/nodes.rs: create/auth/list+health/get/heartbeat/set_status/delete
  (unchecked sqlx, no .sqlx regen).
- cm-api fleet.rs NodeHub: live daemon channels (node_id→sender) + the WS channel
  runner (heartbeat→DB upsert, exec request/response framing). routes/nodes.rs:
  POST /pair, GET /nodes, SSE /nodes/live, POST /{id}/exec-test, DELETE /{id},
WS /nodes/agent (token-auth). Wired into AppState + router.

Daemon (new crate crates/bins/clawmates-node):
- sysinfo host metrics (cpu/mem/pressure/swap/disk/load/containers), outbound WSS
dial + reconnect, heartbeat loop, exec command handling, tailscale-ip probe.
  install.sh convenience installer.

Frontend:
- Fleet sidebar item + FleetOverview + LocalHardware node-health cards (live via
  /api/nodes, 3s poll) + ConnectHostWizard (install → verify connection →
exec-test). InfraStage dispatches fleet/local; default selection = fleet.

Deferred: P1 (BYO Tailscale + network metrics), P2 (RemoteDriver + placement so
agents actually run on connected nodes).

Promote Infrastructure to a first-class tier that mirrors the Agent template:
a left rail tab + crumb, an Infra category sidebar, a center stage, and the
right slide-out computer — the SAME device chrome as the agent, driven by a
swappable app catalog.

- Parameterize the computer by a ComputerCatalog (computer/catalog.ts): grid,
dock, icons, tile, title, render, theme. DevicePanel + HomeScreen are now
catalog-driven; the agent computer is unchanged via agentCatalog() (today's
  grid/dock/tiles/AppRouter, extracted verbatim into computer/tiles.tsx).
- Infra catalog (computer/catalogs/infra.tsx): grid = AWS/GCP/Azure/Add, dock =
Hosts/Status/Settings, original colored lettermark tiles (not the trademarked
logos), placeholder app screens (computer/apps/infra/InfraApp.tsx). APP_IDS
  gains aws/gcp/azure/hosts/status.
- Infra tier in Dashboard.tsx: "infra" Tier + Server rail tab + crumb; an
  InfraSidebar/InfraStage/InfraConsole (InfraStage.tsx) mirroring the claw
  center+chat; the right pull-out is <DevicePanel catalog={INFRA_CATALOG}/> with
the same launchers, size presets and drag-resize.

- Explosive sparks on file/project I/O: /api/world/live tags file-ish tools
(read/write/drive/vault/obsidian/edit/save) with touch weight 1; the engine
carries it as a node "burst" and the renderer fires a big fast particle blast.
- The formation tabs are now genuinely different views:
  - Flat — the previous 2D React-Flow forest (WorldFlow), overlaid.
  - Live — the WebGL Gource clone (glow sprites + sparks + trails + beams).
  - Hierarchy — a NEW neural-brain view: agents are neurons in a dormant
two-hemisphere mesh; active agents fire signal particles along pathway edges
to their nearest neighbours (chaining), so the brain lights up as agents work.
- Render groups (gource/brain) + 3D particle system so signals travel in depth;
shared particle update; OrbitControls (rotate + pinch-zoom) across all WebGL views.

frontend/src/components/observe/ObservePanel.tsx — a live mission-control view
driven entirely by the taxonomy feed (telemetry strip, doors awaiting approval,
agent statuses, and a rolling activity stream of real reasoning + tool calls;
the feed is ref-buffered + flushed on an interval so reasoning bursts don't
re-render per token). Rendered as the World slide-out's system view (replaces
the empty-state placeholder). With the run_events normalization, this shows
REAL agent reasoning, tool calls, and doors.

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 4.8 39bacbd1d2 World page: live WebGL Gource-style visualization (Phases A+B)
Replaces the static React-Flow world forest with a real-time WebGL view of the
swarm working, plus the live event contract that feeds it.

Phase A — the live contract + feed:
- frontend/src/lib/live/taxonomy.ts — the 13-event Clawmates Event Taxonomy as
typed TS (the shared World/Observe contract).
- frontend/src/lib/live/useClawmatesLive.ts — native shared-singleton live client
(EventSource to /api/world/live, typed fan-out, replay-of-last-state to late
subscribers, refcounted, synthetic fallback so views are always alive).
- crates/cm-api/src/routes/world.rs — GET /api/world/live, authed + workspace-
scoped SSE emitting the taxonomy (real agent.status from live-container state,
a topology.update of the workspace's agents, telemetry with real doorsPending),
mirroring run_events_sse. normalize() seam documented for run_events->world.touch.

Phase B — the WebGL engine:
- frontend/src/components/world/engine.ts — Gource-inspired force-directed model:
org/company/team tree (sibling repulsion + parent spring + friction), agent
pawns that converge on the touched node and beam it, world nodes that glow with
heat and fade when idle. Framework-agnostic (renderer-independent) state+math.
- frontend/src/components/world/WorldCanvas.tsx — three.js scene (ortho cam,
UnrealBloom), render loop syncing engine state, camera auto-fit, HTML labels,
  raycast click->select, Hierarchy/Flat/Live formation switch.
- Dashboard.tsx: swap <WorldFlow/> -> <WorldCanvas/> at the world-tier seam
(shared claw-tier pieces untouched; WorldFlow.tsx kept for now).
- Adds three (+ @types/three).

Omar SobhandClaude Opus 4.8 e61724ff82 Agent computer: terminal (tmux + drives + tabs), Obsidian vault, UI polish
Terminal app (xterm ⇄ WebSocket ⇄ per-agent themed container):
- zsh + oh-my-zsh + powerlevel10k image (agent-terminal), runs as uid 65532 to
share read-write ownership of the file-drive volume with the server.
- Interactive PTY in cm-sandbox (bollard exec tty/attach + resize) + a
TerminalManager; ticket-authed WS bridge routed straight to the backend via a
Traefik PathRegexp(/ws) rule. MOTD greets the user by name.
- tmux resumable sessions; multi-tab (one tmux session per tab, same container),
drag-to-reorder, rename, and a Save that persists named tabs to the server
(terminal_tabs, migration 0014) so they survive logout / a new device.
- Files drives mounted per-agent (subpath) at ~/drives/{documents,received,
shared}; a reconciler keeps the Files app's index in sync with terminal writes.
Storage moved to a shared `filedata` volume (CLAWMATES_STORAGE__DATA_DIR).

Obsidian vault (a markdown "second brain" per agent):
- New `vault` FileDrive (migration 0015) mounted into the terminal at ~/obsidian;
a file-content read route; a purple Obsidian tile + a vault viewer app.

Computer UI:
- Draggable computer-panel width (min = phone preset) keeping the size presets.
- Green Terminal glyph, "Claw Chat" → "Chat", colored gradient-outline app icons.
- Agent page: avatar↔activity-grid spacing + larger, uniform section fonts with
  colored section-tinted tag chips.
