docs: design specs + reference assets; move roadmap into docs/

Browse Source 
Add the WorkClaw design-reference docs (specs, manifests, tokens, motion,
icon/asset references, gifs) under docs/, and move the platform
spec/PRD/roadmap from the repo root into docs/.
