store const during synchronous MMKV hydration), leaving a blank null gate.
Dropped the flag; gate directly on `onboarded` (MMKV hydrates synchronously).
- Tab bar: removed the item padding that clipped the icons; clean taller bar
with safe-area bottom padding.
- New-card screen: header title "Make your card" (centered), removed the body
heading and all the detail fields + back-of-card links (captured in
onboarding) and the Publish button (returns later on the flipped card). Keeps
Take/Choose photo + AI scene/video + Save.

- profileStore (MMKV) + pure profileLogic (types, options, isProfileComplete,
buildPersona). Rich first-run onboarding (app/onboarding.tsx): name/role,
industry, vibes (multi), goal, brand colors, social links, inspirations.
- First-launch gate in (tabs)/_layout via <Redirect> guarded by a hydration
flag; onboarding registered in the root stack.
- Bottom tab bar made taller with safe-area bottom padding.
- Backpack (Cards tab): Grid / Showcase view toggle + add-new entry.
- Business cards skip data entry: demo.tsx prefills name/title/links from the
profile (creative tools lead).
- Persona → AI: SceneBrief/refine_prompt gain an optional persona (role/vibe/
colors/goal); mobile generators pass buildPersona(profile). FakeAiClient
echoes the role. genwizard gains MultiChips.

Restructure the app into an Expo Router (tabs) group with a bottom navbar:
- 🎒 Cards (bag-personal) = the gallery (moved from app/index.tsx).
- 💰 Collectibles (sack) + 🤖 Agents (robot) = new empty-state screens.
- ⚙️ Settings (cog) = demo settings (app info + Clear all cards).
Root stack hides the (tabs) header; removed the Phase-1 (tabs)/cards.tsx and
pointed the dormant (auth)/login redirect at "/". localCardsStore gains clear().
